The Cardiology Zone:

Is one of the pillars of the Werandki Centre.

This  zone is intended for people of every age who have risk factors for ischemic heart disease and those at risk of developing cardiovascular disease.

The Orthopedics Zone:

Is dedicated to people of all ages who have problems with their motor system. Through a properly selected set of exercises on innovative devices, it is possible to rehabilitate in cases of injuries to the spine, shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee or ankle.

The Training Zone:

Is intended for those who want to improve their physical activity levels.  It is a suitable place for everyone from high performance athletes, beginners, amateurs, including the  elderly and overweight people.

In the Diagnostic Zone:

The patient will perform necessary diagnostic tests, e.g.a  performance test.

Palace Therms Hotel

Combines tradition with modern anand is  surrounded by the picturesque Zdrojowy Park. Here is a great place to relax and to enjoy nature, walks, hiking and biking trips. The hotel offers 138 beds in comfortably furnished rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a safe, electric kettle and TV. We also have rooms adapted for the disabled, as well as VIP suites and rooms.

The Atrium water complex:

Situated 300 metres from the hotel, it has a 300 m2 Aquatonic pool at its centre, with swimming tracks, an artificial river, Jacuzzi, dry and wet saunas, bubble beds and bubble benches. In the Atrium you can also find  the only white clay pool in Poland, imported especially for treatment purposes from Greece. White clay is most often used in facial cosmetic treatments. It improves the appearance of the skin and smooths out its texture, making it velvety smooth to the touch. In Nałęczów it is possible to apply this treatment to the whole body.

Nałęczów:

Is a garden town located in an exceptionally picturesque area full of forests and gorges. It is one of the most famous Polish spas, a favourite place for creative work and relaxation visited by great writers, artists and scientists.  Your whole unique stay will be complemented by the unique microclimate of Nałęczów, characterized by highly ionized air, which automatically lowers blood pressure, and by beautiful surroundings.

In addition, you can boost the effects of body regeneration with healing waters, which you can use in the Pump Room (Pijalnia Wód Leczniczych) in Zdrojowy Park, 300 meters from the hotel.The pump room features three springs.

Healing properties: It supports and regulates the function of the heart, relieves ailments (cramps, tingling, numbness) of the muscles and joints, reduces headaches, nervousness, relieves fatigue, helps you fall asleep, relieves depressive states, cures gastrological ailments, including intestinal cramps, supports normal skin nourishment.

“BARBARA” SPRING healing water – low-mineral ferriferous water

Healing properties: It is recommended in case of fatigue, apathy, difficulties with concentration or breathing, muscle spasms and weakness, tingling and numbness of limbs, joint pain, intestinal disorders, depression and neurosis. It supports normal heart function, strengthens hair and nails, supports normal skin nourishment.

“CELIŃSKI” SPRING healing water – low-mineral ferriferous water

Healing properties: It is recommended in case of fatigue, difficulties with concentration, disturbances of heart function, cramps and muscle weakness, numbness and tingling of hands and legs, joint pains, slow heart rate, breathing difficulties, intestinal disorders, nervousness, insomnia, as well as in case of hair loss, brittle nails, cracked lip corners.
